Carlton L. Bennett Jr

my vision3

I am a part of the alumni student association at IE Business School in Madrid, Spain where I’ve pursued a Masters in Digital Marketing.  Through my self-digital awakening at IE Business School, I learned cutting-edge theories and sound marketing practices.  I have dedicated myself to the development of interpersonal cultural awareness and global leadership in the emerging digital world.  My professional background includes working for Verizon Wireless as an Engineer.  I am a part of the  Penn State Alumni (WE ARE!) where I have earned a B.S in Electrical Engineering.  My focus is to utilize my training in engineering and my digital marketing principles to innovate and bring forth effective digital solutions.

I am an innovator at heart.

My philosophy:

“The use of Kaizenovation to solve local and global problems-Innovation with a Kaizen twist.”
The combined theory of Innovation and Kaizen is the perfect approach to bring forth solutions that not only work but also bring forth processes which continues to add value to the solution delivered.  It is: Jack Welch’s GE meets Steve Job’s Apple. Innovation’s leap frog mentality is coupled with the desire to do better each time. It applies to anything including usability and design, product development, business solutions, services, marketing and sales, performance and even self development.

Methodology

-Obey the 8 Laws of Innovation
-Follow Best Practice
-Apply Kaizen to Best Practice

“The purpose of our lives is to add value to people of this generation and those that follow.” – Buckminster Fuller, inventor and philosopher.

I believe everyone on this earth has been given natural talents. I also believe that these gifts have been given to us for a reason: to use and help others. I enjoy brainstorming ideas on ways to improve or create products or services that will positively impact lives. However, generating ideas is but the basis of my passion. I enjoy bringing an idea to life like creating a Brand Destined to Paint the World Green.

“Live your life through your passion and you will never be unhappy.”
